**Job Title: Executive Director Specialist**
The Executive Director Specialist acts as the official administrator for designated hospice agencies, ensuring effective daily operations, maintaining clinical quality, and adhering to regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include managing operational budgets, directing care teams, and traveling frequently to deliver onsite leadership at various market locations. Applicants should hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license and possess 3 to 5 years of leadership or management experience within the hospice or healthcare sectors. Proficiency in Medicare/Medicaid regulations is essential, along with the capacity to travel up to 100% of the time.
