Job Summary
The Alignment Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are aligned to manufacturers’ specifications, enhancing performance, safety, and tire longevity. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in various alignment techniques and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform precise wheel alignments on various vehicle makes and models.
- Diagnose alignment-related issues and communicate findings to clients.
- Utilize specialized alignment equipment to achieve accurate results.
- Monitor and maintain alignment tools and equipment for optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and educating clients on alignment benefits.
- Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in automotive service preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive alignment and inspections.
- Familiarity with alignment technology and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Certification in automotive alignment is a plus.
