Job description
**Job Title: Financial Analyst**
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for conducting month-end closing processes, which encompass journal entries and account reconciliations. This role involves delivering financial insights to different departments and overseeing lease data validation, processing property tax payments, and aiding in the development of financial budgets and forecasts. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Excel. Preference will be given to those who are CPA eligible and have experience using Yardi Voyager or financial modeling techniques.
