**Job Title: Patient Access Associate**
The Patient Access Associate is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, which involve registering patients, verifying insurance information, and managing appointment scheduling. This position also entails assisting patients with financial application processes and facilitating care coordination among various departments. Applicants are required to have a High School Diploma or GED along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a medical office setting. Alternatively, an Associate degree can be considered in place of the required experience.
