It is essential that classes begin and conclude as scheduled, with the instructor offering adjustments to cater to different fitness abilities. Applicants should have a minimum of two years of experience in leading group classes and hold pertinent specialty certifications. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
