**Job Title: Director of IDD Services**
The Director of IDD Services will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and adherence to regulations for all programs addressing intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role will involve guiding staff members, overseeing budget management, and spearheading ongoing quality enhancement initiatives to guarantee exceptional and individualized care. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a closely related discipline, with a Master’s degree being highly desirable. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in IDD services, along with previous management experience, is essential.
