Job description
The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team comprised of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs while managing daily functions like staffing and the coordination of medication. This role includes providing mentorship, conducting chart assessments, and offering hands-on nursing assistance to maintain exceptional patient care standards. Applicants must possess a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license along with demonstrated experience in a clinical leadership position. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities are essential for effectively handling various priorities.
