Job description
The Life Coach will perform client evaluations, create evidence-driven care plans, and work alongside interdisciplinary teams to foster personal independence. Responsibilities also include overseeing client documentation, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and promoting community involvement for educational purposes. Applicants should hold a pertinent Diploma, with a Certificate in Autism or a Diploma in Special Education considered advantageous. A minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting individuals with disabilities who need moderate assistance is mandatory.
