**Job Title: Assistant Manager**
The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in the daily functioning of the store, focusing on customer service, managing inventory, and upholding store standards. This position also involves aiding the Store Manager in overseeing, training, and mentoring store associates, all while fostering a safe and respectful workplace. Ideal candidates will possess experience in retail management and be capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting up to 55 lbs. Proficiency in communication, organization, and problem-solving is essential for effectively managing store operations.
