Job description
**Job Title: Audio-Visual Field Service Technician**
The technician will operate remotely while also traveling to various client locations throughout the NYC region to diagnose, fix, and uphold intricate audio-visual systems within boardrooms and conference areas. Key responsibilities encompass executing preventative maintenance, undertaking site assessments, and providing guidance to junior field service technicians. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of field service experience working with prominent AV brands such as Crestron and Biamp, along with solid networking and troubleshooting capabilities. A two-year technical diploma or equivalent experience is mandatory, and CTS certification is strongly favored.
