Job description
**Job Title: Behavioral Support Specialist**
The Behavioral Support Specialist delivers therapeutic behavioral interventions and formulates personalized treatment strategies for clients. This role includes crisis prevention, helping clients restore daily living skills, and coordinating both healthcare and non-healthcare services. Candidates should have either a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline, or a high school diploma paired with a minimum of three years of applicable experience. A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and car insurance are necessary for traveling within the service region.
