Job Summary
The BIM Designer will play a crucial role in developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to enhance project delivery and coordination. This position requires both technical expertise and creativity to optimize design and ensure accuracy across various stages of the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to create detailed BIM models.
- Utilize advanced software tools to analyze and improve design accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the implementation of BIM practices.
- Assist in project documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in project meetings to communicate BIM strategies and updates effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of building design processes and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems and adapt to new technologies.
- A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
