**Job Title: Direct Support Specialist**
As a Direct Support Specialist, you will offer hands-on assistance to clients who have sustained brain injuries, utilizing tailored care plans and cognitive-behavioral techniques. Your responsibilities will include keeping precise records of client progress and gathering behavioral data to encourage autonomy and favorable results. This role requires a minimum of one year of experience in caregiving, along with a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation. Candidates with an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, as well as RBT certification, will be given preference.
