Job Summary
The Business Analyst will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role entails analyzing various business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying opportunities for enhancements. The selected candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are met effectively through technological implementations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to identify and document requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Assist in quality assurance and acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
