Marketing Coordinator

$60,000-$65,0000 The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing, communication, and brand management efforts; as well as functions in a key role to provide executive and office administrative support. Primary duties include: assisting with content and video creation, coordinating marketing collateral, maintaining company website, creation of technical data sheets and sales binders, daily office admin functions (phones, mail distribution, supply orders), routine executive support, luncheon and event planning. Responsibilities:
- Assist Marketing Manager with content creation and messaging for newsletters, website, social media, and general communications. Manage additions and changes to newsletter database.
- Maintain website; including content additions and changes and optimizing SEO, provide monthly reporting through Google Analytics.
- Create technical data sheets, sales binders/presentations, provide support with marketing campaigns/projects.
- Order, track and maintain inventory of marketing collateral materials and promotional items.
- Coordinate company luncheons, customer visits, internal events and assist with planning of external trade show and coordination of sponsorships and collateral needs for various conferences/golf outings.
- Act as initial point of contact with customers, vendors and others calling on the phone or visiting our offices.
- Support executive team with monthly reporting and clerical duties, coordinating visits, hotels, dinner reservations as needed for employees or out-of- town guests.
- Purchase and management of general office and supply orders and kitchen housekeeping.
- Maintain company directories (phone, emergency contacts, employee birthdays, org chart, etc.)
- Assist HR department with job postings and duties related to new hires and exiting employees, including oversight of employee onboarding mentor program.
- Work with departments to maintain brand standards on company materials and presentations.
- Track and compile annual marketing report and manage IMAGE grant submissions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field OR Associates Degree in combination with relevant work experience.
- 2-4 years experience in a related role.
- Experience with video creation and editing preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Acrobat is required.
- SEO, WordPress, Constant Contact and Adobe Creative Suite is strongly preferred.
