Job Summary
The Business Support Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency by providing analytical support across various business functions. This position involves identifying opportunities for improvement, contributing to the development of strategic initiatives, and leveraging data to inform decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analyses of business processes to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Assist in the development of reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support the implementation of business solutions that enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the understanding of business analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or other analytics software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with business process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working in teams.
