**Business Support Analyst
10 Month Contract
Onsite
22 Hours a Week
$30-$35 /hr.**
The role of the **Business Support Analyst** involves collaborating with clients, users, and internal teams to assess business needs, document requirements, assist with the rollout and development of new systems and products, and collect feedback to facilitate enhancements. This position will also contribute to training efforts for clients and staff, necessitating strong capabilities in administration, communication, customer service, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
**Responsibilities of the Business Support Analyst:**
- Engages with clients or users to analyze process requirements.
- Facilitates the documentation of client specifications to guide product developers in creating business plans or product designs.
- Recognizes opportunities to broaden business scope by integrating new policies and systems.
- Participates in the testing and deployment of new systems, products, and services, and gathers end-user feedback to recommend enhancements.
- Communicates with clients to ascertain their needs and expectations regarding a product or service and relays this information to the staff.
- Involves in providing training sessions for clients and team members.
**Requirements for the Business Support Analyst:**
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven administrative skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**Desirable Skills:**
- Experience with maintaining Veeva records.
- Advanced Excel skills, along with knowledge of SAP, Enovia, and Proficy.
