The Case Manager plays a vital role in delivering behavioral health services by executing personalized service plans and facilitating access to housing, healthcare, and job opportunities for clients. This position entails maintaining precise documentation, conducting crisis interventions, and continuously advocating to ensure client stability. Applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience of four years, in addition to four years of practical case management experience. Moreover, certification as a Counselor Technician or as a Chemical Dependency Counselor is mandatory.
