**Center Administrator**
The Center Administrator is responsible for facilitating the daily operations of the center by managing staffing, ensuring the facility is ready for use, and maintaining adherence to administrative protocols. This role is essential in partnering with leadership to create a well-structured environment for employees, clients, and families. To qualify, candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED, although an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred. Additionally, applicants are expected to have 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative or office management, ideally in a healthcare or behavioral health context.
