**Job Title: Centralized Processor**
The Centralized Processor plays a crucial role in overseeing a pipeline of mortgage loans, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and collaborating effectively with loan officers, borrowers, and title companies. This position focuses on enhancing processing workflows through the use of technology while delivering exceptional customer service to achieve production targets. Applicants should possess at least 5 years of experience in the secondary mortgage loan processing market, with expertise in various loan types, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. A high school diploma or equivalent is essential, along with strong proficiency in Encompass LOS and the ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work setting.
