The Clinical Laboratory Scientist plays a vital role in executing technical procedures, conducting quality control measures, and overseeing the maintenance of laboratory equipment. This position also involves performing phlebotomy and managing administrative duties, while ensuring patient report accuracy and adherence to regulatory guidelines. Candidates are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in biological science or medical technology and must possess a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license. While a minimum of three months to one year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred, it is not mandatory.
