Job Summary
The Clinical Operations Manager (RN, NP, or PA) will play a vital role in a thriving patient-focused concierge medical practice. This position is designed for an experienced healthcare professional who will oversee clinical operations, ensuring optimal patient care and efficient operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Enhance operational efficiency within the clinic.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with specialists, hospitals, imaging centers, and pharmacies.
- Lead teams to promote effective communication and collaboration across all levels of care.
- Implement policies and procedures to improve clinical service delivery.
- Monitor clinical performance metrics and work towards achieving set goals.
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical management or operations.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and foster partnerships with external healthcare entities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
