**Clinical Pharmacist**
The Clinical Pharmacist delivers extensive pharmaceutical care, which encompasses pharmacokinetic assessments, management of anticoagulant therapies, and support for parenteral nutrition. In addition, this role involves participation in formulary oversight, conducting medication reconciliations, and offering educational initiatives for both staff and patients. Applicants must possess either a Bachelor’s or Doctoral degree in Pharmacy and hold a current Registered Pharmacist license. A minimum of three years of experience in clinical pharmacy or the completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency is essential.
