**Psychiatric Case Manager**
The Psychiatric Case Manager is responsible for conducting mental health evaluations, delivering diagnoses, and providing crisis intervention for patients, while also overseeing care coordination and access to community resources. This position involves managing utilization processes, planning for patient discharge, and handling legal aspects related to both voluntary and involuntary commitments. Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a comparable discipline, along with a valid Pennsylvania license as an LCSW, LPC, or LSW. The position demands exceptional clinical assessment abilities and competence in interfacing with community resources and governmental organizations.
