**Job Title: Compliance Specialist**
The Compliance Specialist oversees property compliance for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HUD, and Bond initiatives while offering technical guidance and training to on-site personnel. Key responsibilities include auditing lease documentation, confirming adherence to regulatory set-asides, and managing reporting obligations with external organizations. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, or Bond compliance, in addition to 1 year in state-specific programs. Proficiency with Yardi Affordable software and Microsoft Office is mandatory, along with the willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
