Job description
**Job Title:** Senior Estimator
The role encompasses strategic planning and the estimation of conceptual construction costs while offering expert advice on intricate maintenance and renovation initiatives. Additionally, it includes supervising the delivery of major projects, managing relationships with vendors, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of thirteen years in cost estimation or a similar discipline, alongside five years of leadership experience. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a comparable area is mandatory, coupled with significant experience within the construction industry.
