Job Summary
The CT Technologist is responsible for executing diagnostic CT imaging procedures with a strong emphasis on patient safety and compliance with radiation protocols. This role requires collaboration with radiologists to obtain high-quality images and maintain precise patient records within the EMR system.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT imaging procedures while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure for patients and staff.
- Work closely with radiologists to produce high-quality imaging results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information in the EMR.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT certification in Radiography is required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or acute care environment is preferred.
- Basic Life Support certification is essential.
