Job description
The Department Manager plays a crucial role in managing sales operations, ensuring proper stock replenishment, and upholding visual merchandising excellence. This position involves supervising sales staff, administering departmental budgets, and executing strategies aimed at achieving sales objectives and enhancing customer service quality. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail, administrative, or clerical settings, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Furthermore, at least 1 year of focused experience in areas such as merchandise controls, inventory oversight, or supervisory positions is mandatory.
