The Server plays a vital role in providing outstanding dining experiences for senior residents by accurately taking orders and serving meals tailored to specific dietary requirements. Responsibilities also include upholding the dining area’s standards through table setup, timely clearing of tables, and adherence to food safety protocols. A high school diploma or its equivalent is desirable, accompanied by 6-12 months of experience in the hospitality or customer service field. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
