**Job Title: Direct Support Professional**
The Direct Support Professional plays a crucial role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their everyday activities. This includes assistance with personal care, cooking meals, and managing medications. Additionally, this position involves promoting community participation and advocating for the personal preferences and aspirations of the individuals served.
Candidates should be a minimum of 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a valid driver’s license in good standing. All applicants must qualify for background verification and be able to secure Medication Administration and CPR/First Aid certifications.
