**Job Title: Direct Support Professional**
The Direct Support Professional plays a vital role in improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities by delivering essential daily living assistance and promoting autonomy. Key responsibilities entail ensuring health and safety, aiding in meal preparation, managing medication administration, and supporting community involvement. Applicants must be capable of executing all responsibilities associated with the position and hold a valid New York State driver’s license in compliance with agency guidelines. A high school diploma or equivalent is desired, along with the availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
