**Director of Nursing**
The Director of Nursing oversees and directs the medical/surgical and telemetry units around the clock to guarantee excellence in clinical care and operational effectiveness. Key responsibilities encompass staff management, budget administration, adherence to regulations, and the coordination of nursing supervision across the facility. Applicants must possess an RN license and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, while a Master’s degree is preferred for this leadership position.
