**DSP/ASL Specialist**
The DSP/ASL Specialist plays a crucial role in enabling effective communication for participants through American Sign Language while fostering their integration into the community via organized daily activities. This position entails ensuring safety, preparing progress documentation, and aiding participants in achieving their personal objectives. Applicants must demonstrate competency in American Sign Language and have a background in working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. A minimum of a high school diploma and five years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree paired with two years of relevant experience is required.
