Electrician
Akron, OH
Pay Rate: $30 – 40 The Electrician will install, wire, and test power distribution, motors, drives, sensors, and communications hardware. You will work from schematics and specifications, applying wiring practices and ensuring systems meet performance and quality standards. Electrician Responsibilities:
- Install and wire complete electrical systems
- Work with sealed and ruggedized connectors
- Route, secure, and label cabling for serviceability
- Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with assembly and engineering teams
- Document electrical standards and best practices
Electrician Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Licensed electrician or equivalent industrial electrical experience
- Experience with industrial, automation, marine, or ruggedized electrical systems
- Familiarity with specialty connectors and control systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety
