Job description
**Job Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant**
Assist in delivering occupational therapy interventions under the guidance of a licensed therapist, aimed at enhancing patients’ ability to perform daily activities. Ensure precise documentation of patient progress and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to address patient needs. Applicants must possess an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program and have a valid Michigan OTA/COTA license or be eligible for one. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for this position.
