The Executive Vice President of People & Culture is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive people strategy that fosters growth, enhances leadership capabilities, and improves organizational effectiveness across the enterprise. This position acts as a vital consultant to the executive team and manages all aspects of HR functions, such as talent acquisition, culture development, and organizational structure. Applicants should have over 15 years of senior HR leadership experience, particularly in the hospitality sector. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, while a master’s degree or relevant HR certifications (such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR) are highly desirable.
