The Extruder Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion machinery to produce plastic products according to quality standards. They must also monitor production processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with technical training in plastics manufacturing preferred. Proven experience in an extrusion role and strong mechanical aptitude are required for this position.
