**Job Title: Family Partner**
The Family Partner offers individualized support, guidance, and resources to parents and caregivers of young individuals facing emotional or behavioral health issues. This role involves empowering families to navigate available resources and working alongside service providers to address the unique needs of youth. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification and have personal experience as a parent or primary caregiver for a youth engaged with the mental health system. A valid driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle are essential for this community-focused position.
