**Job Title: Financial Counselor**
The Financial Counselor plays a vital role in supporting patients by guiding them through Medicaid and hospital financial assistance applications while providing valuable education on financial responsibilities. This position also involves pre-registration processes and coordinating patient payment plans to enhance revenue cycle functions. Applicants are required to possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle. Preference will be given to candidates holding an associate degree and having three years of related experience.
