Job description
The Frac Manager oversees the financial stability, operational expansion, and safety standards of a designated product line within the region. This role involves collaboration with sales teams, shop management, and regional leadership to ensure that the necessary equipment and workforce are in place while adhering to all company regulations. Candidates are expected to have at least 5 years of experience, ideally in leadership roles within Oil & Gas field services, as well as a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification. Essential skills include effective communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the capability to perform in physically challenging outdoor settings.
