Job description
The representative is responsible for overseeing patient financial duties, which include confirming insurance coverage, processing payments, and organizing payment plans. They will also manage workers’ compensation claims by assessing denials, submitting appeals, and keeping precise account records. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-3 years of applicable experience. Experience in collections related to workers’ compensation is highly desirable.
