Job description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the store, coordinating employee schedules, and ensuring optimal store performance. This role includes aiding in the creation of operational strategies, training staff, and upholding standards for cleanliness and inventory management. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of advancing experience in retail and must be 18 years or older. A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred, alongside excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
