**Position: Shift Lead Server**
The Shift Lead Server is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to members, coordinating service operations, bartending, and guiding staff during designated shifts. This role involves upholding club standards, ensuring precise order management, and supervising event and banquet services. Applicants should possess prior experience as a bartender or server in the hospitality sector, with leadership experience being advantageous. This position requires availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
