Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Manage labor and food costs efficiently.
- Ensure top-notch service and hospitality standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of over 20 employees.
- Work towards meeting sales objectives and maintaining company compliance.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience within the food industry.
- A minimum of 5 years in a management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Experience in managing P&L and inventory effectively.
