Job description
**Job Title: General Manager**
The General Manager will lead the daily operations of the café, supervising a workforce of more than 20 staff members and upholding exceptional standards in food quality and customer service. This role requires a focus on driving business growth, managing both labor and food expenses, and fostering the company’s HEART culture. Ideal candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in the food sector alongside 5 years in a management role. Essential skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong leadership capabilities, and experience with P&L management and inventory oversight.
