**Job Title: General Manager, Carcass Merchandising**
The General Manager, Carcass Merchandising oversees second shift operations to guarantee the correct application of USDA grading, uniform execution of merchandising strategies, and maximization of product value. This position directly guides supervisors and collaborates with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations and adherence to processing regulations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in carcass merchandising, grading, or beef plant operations, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree. Strong leadership, effective communication, and technical proficiency in meat processing systems are essential for success in this role.
