**Job Title: Group Exercise Instructor**
The Group Exercise Instructor is responsible for designing and conducting fitness classes, ensuring that all participants enjoy a safe, welcoming, and encouraging atmosphere. This role involves monitoring attendance, delivering performance evaluations, and embodying the YMCA’s mission and values. Applicants should be at least 18 years of age and possess a nationally accredited Group Fitness Instructor certification. Prior experience in leading group exercise sessions is advantageous, and the ability to connect genuinely with a variety of community members is essential.
