**Health Services Director**
The Health Services Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations within the assisted living facility. This role includes supervising staff, conducting resident assessments, and creating care plans. Additionally, the director acts as a communication bridge among families, healthcare providers, and health organizations to guarantee adherence to regulations and maintain exceptional standards of resident care. Applicants must possess a valid RN, LPN, or LVN license and have five to seven years of relevant experience in senior living or the healthcare sector. Furthermore, candidates should have two to three years of experience in a supervisory role and current certifications in First Aid, CPR, and BLS.
