**Job Title: Medical Social Worker**
The Medical Social Worker offers psychosocial evaluations and therapeutic counseling to patients in hospice care and their family members. This role involves working alongside an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and to help families navigate community resources. Applicants must possess a Master’s degree in social work along with current licensure as a social worker in the state. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare environment, especially in hospice or palliative care, is essential.
