**Hospice Visit RN**
The Hospice Visit RN delivers compassionate, patient-focused care outside of regular business hours, addressing urgent medical situations and managing symptoms associated with end-of-life care. This role involves conducting on-site assessments, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and maintaining precise documentation within the electronic health record. Applicants must possess a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Washington State, alongside a minimum of two years of nursing experience since obtaining their degree. Essential qualifications include proficiency in EMR systems, current CPR/BLS certification, and the willingness to work during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
