Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a contract role based in Phoenix, Arizona, primarily focused on collaborating with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process. The specialist will play a crucial role in facilitating successful talent acquisition by engaging with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and devise recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Engage with a team of over 15 HR Generalists to enhance hiring processes.
- Utilize technology and applicant tracking systems to improve efficiency in recruitment.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources is essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proficient in using technology and tools related to recruitment and HR.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
