Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent national certification, along with a minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in Human Resources. Additionally, candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a managerial or supervisory position, with a preference for those who hold SHRM or PHR certifications.
