**Job Title: Human Resources Manager**
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for directing staffing, recruitment efforts, and ensuring adherence to legal standards while offering strategic direction and support on intricate HR issues. This role involves overseeing employee relations, analyzing compensation trends, and ensuring that company policies are in line with federal and state laws. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent national certification, along with a minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in Human Resources. Additionally, candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a managerial or supervisory position, with a preference for those who hold SHRM or PHR certifications.
